Expirations are tracked manually
Licenses, medical certificates, and training records can approach expiration without a consistent escalation process.
Aegis helps trucking fleets and licensed security companies identify compliance gaps, strengthen their records, and automate the controls that should not depend on someone remembering.
Compliance risk often lives between spreadsheets, inboxes, paper files, payroll records, and the person who knows how everything works. An audit can expose those gaps long after they began.
Licenses, medical certificates, and training records can approach expiration without a consistent escalation process.
Schedules, shift logs, payroll, invoices, and personnel files may tell different versions of the same event.
The work may have happened, but the documentation is scattered or incomplete when someone asks for proof.
Critical checks depend on memory and individual knowledge, creating avoidable operational fragility.
Aegis works with growing operators that need stronger compliance controls without building a large internal compliance technology team.
Practical systems for managing driver qualification records and recurring fleet compliance tasks.
Connected controls for guard licensing, workforce records, and operational verification.
We do not begin by asking what you want automated. We begin by finding what is being tracked, where the evidence breaks down, and which controls would create meaningful value.
Review concerns, systems, records, and current responsibilities.
Test the actual process and supporting data for gaps and inconsistencies.
Rank findings by compliance, financial, and operational significance.
Implement the right alerts, checks, documentation, or workflow improvements.
Track exceptions, verify performance, and refine controls over time.
In a review of a licensed security operation affiliated with our founder, cross-checking payroll, invoices, and shift records surfaced 16 operational discrepancies for management review. The findings informed targeted monitoring and verification workflows.
The solution follows the findings. Depending on the risk, that may mean automation, clearer documentation, connected records, exception reporting, or a stronger human review step.
Scheduled checks for licenses, certifications, medical cards, and other time-sensitive records.
Cross-checks that flag mismatches between schedules, time records, invoices, payroll, or source files.
Documented checks, alerts, exceptions, and follow-up so the process is easier to review.
Final scope and investment depend on the systems, records, risks, and workflows identified during assessment and audit.
We review your actual records, workflows, and control gaps, then deliver prioritized findings and implementation recommendations. If you move forward with an Aegis implementation within 30 days, $500 of the audit fee is credited toward the selected tier.
A focused control for one clearly defined compliance or documentation problem.
Multiple connected controls for risks that appear when records and responsibilities intersect.
A broader operating system for organizations with interconnected compliance processes.
Aegis Compliance Automation combines operational auditing, process analysis, documentation, and workflow automation. Technology supports the strategy; it is not the strategy.
Is there a verified problem? What risk does it create? Is the current process correct? What evidence supports the finding? And will automation genuinely improve the control?
It is an initial conversation about what you track, how the work is handled today, where manual processes exist, and what concerns you most. Its purpose is to determine whether a deeper audit is appropriate.
No. “Audit Proof on Autopilot™” describes proactive audit readiness and automated monitoring—not a guaranteed regulatory or audit outcome. Your obligations and results depend on your operations, records, jurisdiction, and implementation.
No. Aegis may recommend process changes, documentation, training, human review, monitoring, or automation. We only automate when it is an appropriate control for the verified problem.
Yes. When the issue is well-defined, the Starter Compliance Control can address one priority workflow while leaving room to connect additional controls later.
A broad compliance operations system should be based on evidence. The audit defines the risks, dependencies, priorities, and control requirements before a larger implementation is scoped.
The Compliance Systems Audit starts at $750. If you accept an eligible implementation proposal, sign the implementation agreement, and pay the required deposit within 30 days of receiving your audit findings, $500 of the audit fee is credited toward that implementation. The credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and may not exceed the implementation fee.
We’ll discuss how compliance is managed today, where records or responsibilities may disconnect, and whether an Aegis audit is the right next step.
